Went to the range again today, getting used to my gun now. I did better today, still catching myself fat fingering the trigger. Need to work on grip and trigger discipline, kept gripping too far down on grip. When I concentrated on grip and trigger pull, everything went right where I aimed, too many lapses though. The gun itself performed great again, shot 100 rounds of Magtech brass range ammo and 100 rds of Tula steel ammo, no hiccups whatsoever. Also shot another 150 rounds of Agulia rimfire through my 22 revolver, their 22lr stinks to high heaven. Didn't do as well as usual with it. I guess today was a bad day for my concentration and trigger discipline, but I had fun and it definitely relieved at lot of stress.
Glad to hear your happy with the V2. Yes, the Aguila is a funky smelling ammunition. The 9mm stuff I have is also very smokey. But the 22lr smells very odd. And yes, heading to the range is a great stress reliever. Wish I had a range in my backyard. I'd go broke though, if I could shoot every day.
