Welcome to the forum. DA is one of my absolute favorites. Along with the V2. I have two of each and contemplating another. Make sure you run quality ammo first. I generally run a couple boxes of NATO through a new Canik to loosen them up. These guns are built like tanks and the RSA's are very stiff. So good ammo helps break em in. I also run Speer Lawman 124gr or something comparable if I don't have NATO on hand. After that, I have no issues with anything. May be more info than your looking for, but figured I'd throw it out there. Welcome again.
Just received a new TP9 DA. Can not wait for the sun to come up tomorrow so I can go try it out.
Welcome to the forum Mrnice, but if your were for real, you would be at the range right now ... 8pm here (eastern time) ... 6pm in Utah ..... you can still make it, the range closes at 7pm ... we expect a report in 2 hours

Welcome from Mobile 3375mrunice..... I can tell you- you picked the right Canik. I have 2 of the DA's. Absolutely love them.
I only had one FTE with one of my DA's, and that was on the first outing, and I was using Remington UMC...I think the velocity is like 1130 fps. But since....I have not had any other issues through several hundred rounds through each. Like Janik.... the DA is my favorite. I am an old school DA/SA hammer fired freak....and the DA/SA trigger on the DA model fit me perfectly.
